Architecture Rowland+Broughton Architecture (R+B) is an award winning
architecture and urban design firm with offices in Aspen and Denver,
Colorado. Founded in 2003, the principals
of R+B draw on their significant public and private project experience from
their time with established firms in New York City, Sydney and Aspen. R+B has
a diverse project portfolio, ranging from institutional master planning and
new town planning, to high-end homes and interior design. Mr. Shane Martin is the lead architect for 2999 and brings
strong management, creative, technical and design skills to the team. Shane
has worked with well established firms such as Gossen
Livingston Associates (Kansas); klipp (Denver) and Parkhill-Ivins P.C. (Denver) and has diverse experience
with commercial, educational and mixed-use projects. Mr. Martin has various influences on his work including
traditional, modern, western and international styles. Regardless of a project’s
final form, Shane’s focus is on solid composition and “doing good work with
good people”. |
