Elevated by design…

what’s this all about?

2999 Lawrence is not your run-of-the-mill condominium building. The European concept that “the city is your living room” was embraced to connect the building with its urban fabric by way of its openings, porches and street-level interaction. Design elements draw from Modernism, Art Deco and the International style as can be seen in the clean composition, use of geometric forms and final color palette.

§     2999 is elevated by design…the building height intentionally provides every home with fantastic views of the mountains, the skyline or both.

§     2999 is elevated by design…the effort and talent of the architecture team has added greatly to this project resulting in a contemporary and functional set of homes.

Whether you’re in the mood for fresh gelato, swimming at the park, browsing a gallery, hearing some live music or riding the train downtown – you’ll be able to explore the area on foot and make the city an extension of your home.

Did you know? The early 1900s Dutch art movement known as de Stijl (pr. duh-STILE) greatly influenced Bauhaus and International architecture as well as the Cubist art style.
