about Village Flats, LLC is a Colorado-based real estate development
company that builds attractive, high-quality urban homes in central Denver.
The company’s core goals are to: 1) identify and
acquire desirable properties in urban Denver; 2) develop those
properties into smart-growth, urban housing; and 3) provide a profit for the company’s investor group. Village Flats' principal and founder, Bryan C. Pigott, brings a diverse business
background to the company with a career that started as a fair-lending
advocate and business analyst in the mortgage banking industry. He then went
on to careers in corporate consulting, helped start a technology company, and
most recently as VP of Business Development at a Chicago-based professional
firm. Village Flats is an active member in the Downtown, Highland
and Curtis Park neighborhoods, the Downtown
Denver Partnership and is also a member of the
Urban
